Owner and lead consultant, Elle has an extensive educational background in HR having received a Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University in Human Resource Management and a Master’s of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University.
She’s worked with small businesses for over 5 years covering the full employee life cycle. Elle has worked with non-profits and religious non-profits extensively, understanding the complexity of HR in a small business. Elle has a passion for helping small business owners unburden the weight of HR so they can focus on their true passions worry-free.
